Why Do You Do Pilates?
I love asking this question because your “why” is like your North Star—the reason you keep showing up, even when life gets messy or motivation dips.
My own reasons have changed over the years. At first, it was about avoiding back pain and having the strength to hold my newborn. Now? It’s about keeping up with my six-year-old and feeling good in my body every day.
I’ve heard so many reasons from our community: to manage stress, to build strength, to age gracefully, to pick up kids without pain. Whatever your reason, it’s yours—and it’s okay if it evolves.
What’s your “why”? I’d love to hear it.
