What I offer:

2:1 Duet Private Sessions-$60 (per person)

Take a semi-private with your best workout friend! You and your accountability partner will work together and see results quickly. Working out with someone else can be very motivating.

1:1 Private Sessions-$92

Enjoy an individualized 1:1 private session tailored specifically toward your wants and needs. This experience focuses on your ultimate goals in mind and will yield the best results.

3, 4 Person Small Group Class-$36 (per person)

Small group classes can be uplifting and extremely fun while exercising with a group. As a group, combined effort can lead towards results with people working on common goals.

Join our online community and take your CPP class at anytime and anywhere; all you need is your mobile device.

All 1:1 Private, 2:1 Duet Private Pilates Appointment Sessions and Small Group Classes are 1 hour in length.

Prices vary depending on the package bought at the time of booking.

All packages expire 2 months from the first appointment and/or class taken.

Classes are available for beginner, intermediate & advanced.

Athletic Performance

CPP is a great complement to any fitness or sports regime. Core strength and flexibility improves and, in turn, athletic performance will be greatly benefited because of this method.

Flexibility

From strengthening essential core muscles to creating a greater range of motion, CPP is a gateway into a stronger, leaner, bendier body.  Keeping your muscles lengthened will keep your movements pain and injury-free.

Balance & Stability

Pilates helps to improve your balance by correcting imbalances. A variety of targeted and full body integrated exercises will ensure that your entire body will benefit by a more stable, coordinated and balanced body.

Lower Back Pain

Too much sitting and screen time causes lower back pain. At CPP, you will strengthen your overall core to support your lower back and become pain free

Mental Health

Stress can impact your body as much as it does your mind. Spending some time working out stress kinks improves your flexibility and mindset simultaneously. CPP is comparable to a movement meditation and will help release “happy hormones” in your body relieve stress.

Posture

Good posture has endless important benefits; improved breathing capabilities. as well as, better circulation and digestion. Not only does improved posture improve your range of motion and mobility, but you get a boost of self-confidence, too.
